No, since they reject Oral law. Either convert, or marry an Israelite/Hebrew/Jewish woman (your choice of terminology )

okay- the latter "marry an isrealite (lol to the terminology comment)" corrosponds with R. Sha'ul's halakhic decision that believers should not be "unequally yoked."
but convert makes more sense

okay- the latter "marry an isrealite (lol to the terminology comment)" corrosponds with R. Sha'ul's halakhic decision that believers should not be "unequally yoked." but convert makes more sense shalom Devarim 23:4 "An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter the assembly of the Lord; even the tenth generation shall never enter the assembly of the Lord." Here "assembly of the L-rd" could be interpreted to mean either "convert" or "marry in". (BTW, Rashi explains it to be "marry in".) But what do you do about verse 3? It obviously can't mean "convert" or "marrying in" : "A mamzer shall not enter the assembly of the Lord; even the tenth generation shall not enter the assembly of the Lord." One can only be a mamzer if one is a Jew. So the conversion interpretation doesn't fly. A mamzer can not marry anyone else other than another mamzer, but that would also have to be a Jew. So the "marrying in" interpretation doesn't seem to work either.

mamzer seems to be an ethnic term- a mut if you will. the only other occassion is zech something, and the context proves this alongside the verse you are referring to.
it could be saying that a jew who is not a mamzer should not marry one who is, if one was to take the traditional interpretation of mamzer.

A mamzer is the product of a prohibited relationship ie. incest.
